MSI UK is pleased to launch its 2020 Safeguarding Account, providing evidence of continual quality improvement in safeguarding that builds on achievements in previous years.

This year’s report demonstrates that our innovative and dynamic safeguarding controls and management are highly effective in identifying and supporting those most in need.

2020 has been unprecedented, and the consequences of the pandemic will be felt for many years to come. We know patients have become more vulnerable and they will need additional support at a scale never seen before as the impacts of domestic abuse, mental health, child abuse and online abuse in lockdown come to the fore.
