MSI UK shortlisted for two prestigious Nursing Times Workforce Awards
MSI UK has been shortlisted for two prestigious Nursing Times Workforce Awards, highlighting the incredible work of our teams to ensure the delivery of safe, client-centred care.
This year, MSI Reproductive Choices UK has been shortlisted for two awards:
- Best Use of Technology to Improve the Working Environment – particularly for developing a group of master trainers for our new Electronic Patient Records System
- Workforce Team of the Year
The nominations recognise the dedication and hard work displayed by MSI staff during the implementation of IMS MAXIMS, a new Electronic Patient Records system (EPR) designed to transform client care and ultimately empower clients to take ownership of their care.
Team members from every function and level of the organisation worked collaboratively to ensure this implementation was a success.
Jane Pollock, Clinical Education Lead at MSI Reproductive Choices UK, said:
“We have been shortlisted for two awards for 2021, showing the hard work, dedication and commitment of our nurses and wider multidisciplinary team in providing high quality and excellent nursing care. We are so proud to have made the finals of these prestigious awards.
Both nominations honour the development of a team of MAXIMS super users from all parts of the organisation, who provided peer to peer support during the role out of the EPR.”
We couldn’t be more proud of our fantastic teams and their effort to make reproductive choice a reality for people all over the UK.
The winners of the Nursing Times Workforce Awards will be announced during a glittering ceremony at The Brewery in London on Wednesday 17th November.
