We provide NHS-funded abortion services through our network of over 60 clinics across England. We also offer at-home abortion care (telemedicine). We are here for you.

At-home abortion pills: same-day appointments available
If you meet safety criteria to allow for medical abortion without a scan, the abortion medication can either be collected by you from a clinic or posted to your home address after your phone or face-to-face consultation appointment.

I live in the West Midlands – where do I access abortion services with MSI UK?
Across England, we offer NHS-funded at-home abortion pills (also known as ‘abortion telemedicine’). This means that if you meet the safety criteria to allow for a medical abortion without a scan, the abortion pills can either be collected by you from one of our clinics, or posted to your home address after your phone or face-to-face consultation.
This service is available up to 9 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy.
If you would prefer or need to visit a clinic for a face-to-face appointment (for example, if you are not able to receive at-home abortion pills or are looking to access surgical abortion care), we have a network of clinics.
For in-person medical abortion care, we offer appointments from our clinic in Merry Hill (Dudley).
For surgical abortion care, we offer appointments in:

- South Yorkshire (Rotherham)
- West London (Ealing)
- South London (Brixton)
- Leeds
- Essex
- Maidstone

Getting to MSI’s Merry Hill (Dudley) abortion clinic
Our Merry Hill (Dudley) clinic is located adjacent to the Merry Hill Shopping Centre, when approaching from Mill Street.
By car: Our clinic is just over 4 miles (a 15-minute drive) from the centre of Dudley, and 2 miles (a 10-minute drive) from the centre of Brierley Hill.
By bus: The closest bus stop is on Woodland Avenue.

How do I book an appointment with MSI UK in the West Midlands?
You don’t need a GP referral to access NHS-funded care.
98% of MSI Reproductive Choices abortions in the UK are funded by the NHS. This means that there will be no cost to you for your abortion. Call us any time to arrange an appointment. You can self-refer, so you don’t need to call your GP to get an appointment.
