From the second I set foot in the Ealing clinic I was in the best hands. The clinic itself is tucked away behind a few a trees on a residential road and was easy to find. The receptionist was kind, the nurse was empathetic and the surgeon and anaesthetist were lovely. Everyone put me at ease and there wasn’t any judgement.
