Our phone lines are currently very busy, but please rest assured that we are here for you. There are a number of ways you can get in touch with us, and we will do everything we can to respond as soon as possible.

Book online

Abortion:

If you are looking to make an appointment with us, the quickest way to do is by filling in our online booking form.

With this form you will be able to book a phone consultation for abortion care (a consultation is the first step in accessing abortion care).

When you submit the form, we will check that you are eligible for treatment with MSI and within 48 hours we will send you a SMS or email (based on the preference you will indicate in the form) to confirm the exact date and time of your consultation. We will give you the soonest available appointment.

You can find our online booking form here: abortion online booking.

Vasectomy:

Due to the high demand we are experiencing, waiting times for our vasectomy services have increased.

If you are able to travel to London for your vasectomy treatment, we have appointments available at our Central London clinic within the next 4 weeks, and throughout the following months.

However, in our vasectomy centres across England, our appointments are very busy and operating at maximum capacity. Phone consultations for appointments out of London are currently being booked for 2024, and treatment will be booked within 3 months of your consultation being completed.

We are working very hard to increase the amount of vasectomy appointments available across our clinics, and we will keep this website page updated with any information regarding new appointments being available.

You can find our online booking form here: vasectomy online booking.

Live chat with us

Another way to get in touch with us is by using our live chat tool.

By starting a live chat on this website, you will be able to talk to one of our advisors anonymously and immediately. They will be able to answer any questions you have about our services and provide information and reassurance.

Our live chat is available from 8AM – 6PM Monday to Friday, and from 8AM – 4PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Call our 24-hour aftercare line

If you have any questions following your treatment and need support, you can call our dedicated aftercare line on 0345 122 1441.

This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On this website, we have a range of aftercare information available that may provide the answers you are looking for. You can find this information – and links to our aftercare booklets – at the links below:

Call our advice line

If you would like to talk to an advisor on the phone to book an appointment, our booking line is available on 0345 300 8090 from 7AM – 6PM every day.

Our phone lines are currently very busy, so you may be on hold for longer than expected, but please be assured that we will answer your call as soon as we can.

All day on Monday and between 9AM – 12PM on other weekdays, our booking lines are particularly busy, and so you may be waiting for your call to be answered for a longer time. You may want to consider calling us outside of these peak times to talk to an agent sooner, or use one of our other contact options.

FAQs

You can also check out our FAQs for more information. If you can’t find what you need, there is an option to fill out a contact form, which we endeavour to respond to within 48 hours.
