“I didn’t feel judged at any stage”.

A client explains their experience of having a surgical abortion at one of our London clinics.

MSI UK “gave me the emotional support I needed at that time.”

I had a surgical abortion at a London clinic.

I want to thank all the staff that helped me and guided me through this stressful and difficult moment. From the pre-assessment to the procedure, I was supported by all the nurses and doctors who demonstrated an amazing amount of empathy, kindness, and understanding.

“It felt like aunties were looking after me!”

They explained everything to me from the procedure to my contraception options so that I felt comfortable throughout the process. I didn’t feel judged at any stage, just fully supported. They made it easier for me and I can’t thank them enough.

I want to particularly thank Amanda and Diana who gave me the emotional support I needed at that time. It felt like aunties were looking after me!

The procedure went well, and I barely had any discomfort.

Thank you so much to you all for your amazing work and dedication in helping women choose their own lifepath.
